1. Service-Based Nature

Our services, including but not limited to IT Consultation, Software Development, Cloud Solutions, AI & Machine Learning, Cyber Security, and Data Protection, are customized and delivered based on specific client requirements. As such, time and resources are invested from the moment a project begins.


2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Initiation:
Clients may request cancellation before the project officially begins (i.e., before any work has commenced). In such cases, a cancellation request must be made in writing via email. A full or partial refund may be issued, depending on payment terms agreed upon during onboarding.

After Project Initiation:
Once work has started, cancellation may be requested; however, any work completed until that point will be chargeable. A partial refund (if applicable) will be determined based on the work scope completed and expenses incurred.

Monthly Services (e.g., SEO, Cloud Hosting, Maintenance):
For monthly/recurring services, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. Failure to do so may result in the next cycle being billed.


3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    Due to the nature of digital services, the following are non-refundable:

Consultation fees

Partially or fully completed software or web development projects

Monthly retainers for SEO, marketing, or cybersecurity services

Cloud server or third-party licensing costs already paid on your behalf

  • Eligible Refunds:
    Refunds may be considered only if:

Services were not initiated as per contract

There was a service failure that was acknowledged in writing

Refund is requested within 7 days of payment and no substantial work has been completed


4. Disputes and Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will review your concern and work towards a fair resolution. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
